Children and Food

There are some people who would just refuse to take their medications like children and some just can’t swallow a bill to save his life.
mostly these people just lack some important nutritious and vitamins that is really important to the human body to survive and to grow t be healthy, even though this can kill people if they don’t have enough, yet the children just refuse to eat or drink this things.

Most of these people are children that refuse to take their daily diary products intake, almost most of the children think that the milk taste bad, but if you add some stuff to it might just taste good enough so that they actually want to drink it so here are some food problems that you have and their solutions

  1. Diary products and kids.
    As mentioned before kids hate milk and yogurt wile on the other hand you cam throw them both in the blender and add cocoa plus sugar and they have a chocolate milkshake that they will adore.
    This is a way to try to make your child consume these products, it’s not that hard, and there are millions of other ways, if they don’t like cocoa, you can cut some banana and put them in the blender with the diary products or even strawberries.
    Kids love to eat and drink sweet things so how about bringing them sweets that are actually beneficiary.
  2. Green plants.
    Kids absolutely hate this part where they have to feed on green plants like broccoli or cabbage or spinach they really do hate them, and if you want to feed that to them you can make that a smoothie with only sugar and water and hide it in a bottle or cup that they can’t see it.
    Kids just hate these foods for the taste plus the look, so instead of telling that this is what it is, we just tell them that it is smoothie that tastes good and you will be surprised that they will drink it, without hesitation.
  3. Eggs.
    at this point we don’t know how the kid’s mind work and how they are able to hate such thing as eggs, they are full of everything that they might need to grow up healthy and strong like vitamin A, vitamin B and calcium which is responsible for a healthy skeleton and to make the bone not fragile to break that easily.
    so this is some way that you might make them change their mind with, first way you can fry them in oil after you boil them then add some taste to it by rubbing it in salt and pepper to make it taste better, if not there is another way, the second way is that you can get the egg and cut it in two get the yolk out and fry the white in oil, mash the yolk with some spices but don’t make it too spicy that the kid will not be able to eat, after you are done with the both you can take a spoon and put the yolk back in place.
  4. Fish.
    This is the trickiest part about.
    for your child’s sake you need to make him eat it so that he can make the brain develop more as fish contains Omega-3 fatty acids that is very important for the mind development, you can make rice and cut the fish into small pieces and make the child eat it with a spoon or fork, also you can try to make another type of fish that they might like the taste of it better, or get then tuna, you can tell them stores and make it up that people who eat them get stronger and better everyday.
    If none of this is working then you can tell the doctor to write for you some of fish oils that you will be able to put in anything that they drink or eat, but we all know that taking the oil from the fish is better and safer.
  5. Avocado.
    Avocado contains all the vitamins that your child will need through his life like vitamins C, vitamin E, vitamin K, and vitamin B, also it contains magnesium, and potassium.
    but unfortunately kids hate that we never know why but they do, maybe because of what it taste like, or how it looks, we will never know.
    but there is actually some good ways that you can add them in the food without them noticing at all, the simplest thing that you can do is get the fruit that they love add it in the blender add sugar and half an avocado, when the avocado is blended with other things it actually make it taste better that it was, like mangos or bananas.
    You can also make avocado with food that you are cooking it will not be as bad as you thing it will be.
  6.  Asparagus.
    this plant is always over cooked no one actually know when it’s fully cooked or when you are just over doing it, you can grab them in hold and cut the ends of it, you need to wash them afterwards as they might have some dirt in it, add one to small amount of olive oil, and sprinkle with a dash of kosher salt and pepper. Then, roast at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
    good source of Pantothenic Acid, Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc and Selenium, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Protein, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B, Iron, Phosphorus, Potassium, Copper and Manganese.
    So this is a really important plant that might just do wonders to your child’s health.
